- Do the right thing. Never compromise your integrity.
- Attention is the most valuable resource. (Not time. Not money.)
- Efficiency is not a substitute for effectiveness.

- You must be authentic. "Whatever works" is not good enough.
- A bad or unused feature is worse than no feature.
