My Credo

My advice is based on the intersection of 11 years of experience and these underlying principles:
  • Everything is marketing.
  • Do the right thing. Never compromise your integrity.
  • Attention is the most valuable resource. (Not time. Not money.)
  • Efficiency is not a substitute for effectiveness.
  • Effort is the opposite of power.
  • You must be authentic. "Whatever works" is not good enough.
  • A bad or unused feature is worse than no feature.
