Most websites can be vastly improved by simply rearranging their contents and removing unnecessary distractions. It's not uncommon for conversion rates to double when a site is redesigned for usability, so if your business is doing $1000 or more in business per month a website overhaul is a no-brainer.

Note that I don't call this a "redesign", because you don't (necessarily) need to toss out what has been done before and start from scratch. Perhaps a subtle rearrangement is all that is required.
